Christopher Hussey is a Network Marketing trainer, strategist and consultant whose career spans 20 years. Born and raised in North Florida, Christopher became a United States Marine at age 17 and spent the next four years serving his country and traveling around the world.
In his fourth year as a U.S. Marine, Christopher was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma and spent the next 12 months battling cancer with chemotherapy. When asked about that time in his life and what he learned from that experience, he said, "Having cancer at an early age taught me two distinct things. 1, that you don't know today what is going to happen tomorrow and, 2, that attitude really is everything. I had a great life on Sunday evening and at noon the next day I learned that I had cancer. Life can change in an instant, but as I went through those changes and that chemotherapy, I stayed focused on the outcome and how amazing life was going to be after. And that is why I am here today." After overcoming cancer, Christopher attended Belmont University in Nashville, TN with the intent to achieve a Bachelors Degree in Music Business. You see, as a child, Christopher would sing and write the country songs that would eventually lead him to pursue a music career. But, there were other things in store. While Christopher was on a full scholarship, those funds did now pay for life's incidentals and, wouldn't you know it, there he didn't have a lot of savings at this point. <MORE> www.NtwrkrMag.com |
